Can you provide me care even if you do not participate with my health insurance plan?

Of course! We have discounted cash fees for patients who do not have health insurance or whose plan we do not participate with. Please call our office for details. Also you may have “Out of Network benifits” that may help you get reimbursed from your health insurance plan.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Mastercard and VISA

How do I set up/change/cancel an appointment?

Please call phone 516 222 1105 during office hours. At other times operator will take a message. We will return your call next business day

Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?

Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements (like insurance with proper referral) have been made

How much is my co-pay?

Please check your insurance card or check with your insurance carrier

How can I find out results to my tests?

Results of tests are usually discussed in the office during office visit.

What do I do in an emergency?

In a true medical emergency please call 911. If it is not a true medical emergency and you would like to speak with the doctor please call 516 222 1105 and follow directions
