Following are the steps:

Feel free to email them to [email protected] - Please note that email is neither private not secure
- Our office staff will call you by phone to confirm information and collect any co-pays.
- Then our office will send you a link to a secure video call. It’s a good idea to have your questions ready.
- If needed, our doctor would send prescriptions electronically.
